Whether you’re looking to stroll by the river, see dolphins, splash on calm beaches, or enjoy vibrant night markets, this plan ensures the whole family has fun — without exhausting your little one.

  • Day 4-6: Phuket – Beaches, dolphins, aquarium, Coral Island, fountain shows.

Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok & Riverside Evening

Morning: Arrival & Check-In

  • Arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) in Bangkok.
  • Take a pre-booked taxi (or Grab app) to your hotel in Sukhumvit or Silom (~45–60 min).
  • Recommended Family-Friendly Hotels:
    • Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 (cribs & kids’ play area)
    • Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 (spacious family rooms)
    • We stayed in Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. They have a great kid’s club and children’s pool. Staff is accommodating for kids
  • Have a light lunch & settle in. Toddlers can nap while you unpack.

Evening: Asiatique The Riverfront

  • Head to Asiatique Night Market, a lively riverside area perfect for families.
    • Toddler-friendly ferris wheel
    • Open spaces to run & play
    • Toy & snack stalls
    • Various shops and stalls offering clothes, accessories, souvenirs, and handcrafted items
    • You can enjoy live performances and cultural shows that highlight Thai traditions 
  • Dinner: Indian Hut (Silom) or Tandoor (Holiday Inn)
  • Return early to hotel for rest.

Day 2: Bangkok Temples & Parks

Morning

  • Visit Wat Pho & Chao Phraya boat ride (2–3 hrs max)
    • Wat Pho is famous for reclining Buddha (a massive golden statue). Wide courtyards and colorful architecture fascinate kids
    • You can reach Wat Pho by Chao Phraya Express Boat to Tha Tien Pier (N8) 
    • Chao Phraya Tourist Boat is a hop-on hop-off service that can be used to explore river side
  • Lunch: Royal India (Phahurat)
  • Nap/rest

Evening

  • Playtime at Benjakitti Forest Park
    • It has an outdoor playground, safe for kids to play
    • Plenty of green spaces and boating
    • Beautiful sunset views 
  • Dinner: Indian Host or Amritsr Restaurant

Day 3: Safari World & Mall Play Area

Morning

  • Visit Safari World Bangkok (1 hr away)
    • Drive-through safari where kids can see giraffes, zebras & more from the car
    • Marine Park with dolphin & sea lion shows
    • Clean restrooms & baby-changing areas
    • Kids will love it!
  • Lunch: Packed lunch from our hotel for kid. Basic options were there at Safari area also
  • Nap/rest

Evening

  • Visit Terminal 21 Mall
    • It has themed floors representing different global cities such as Paris, Tokyo, London etc. & an amazing play zone
    • Has a mix of international and local brands to shop from
  • Dinner: Charcoal Tandoor Grill

Day 4: Fly to Phuket & Dolphin Show

Morning

  • Fly to Phuket (1 hr 20 min). We flew by Bangkokair. You can book from any platform
    • Check-in at hotel: Katathani Phuket Beach Resort
    • Another good option: Holiday Inn Resort Patong
  • Lunch & nap

Evening

  • Visit Dolphins Bay Phuket & Night Fountain Show
    • Dolphin show is around 45-60 min - worth it for kids! Toddlers enjoy watching dolphins & seals perform
    • Recommend buying tickets in advance
    • Afterwards, enjoy the nearby Night Fountain Show, a colorful water & light spectacle
  • Dinner: Live India or Tandoori Flames

Day 5: Beach & Aquarium

Morning

  • Spend the morning on one of Phuket's calmer beaches - Kata or Nai Harn. Sand castles and a lot more sand activities ! Carry your own sand toys
  • Lunch & nap

Evening

  • Visit Phuket Aquarium & beach promenade
    • Aquaria Phuket is the best one
    • It aquarium provides different information about sea animals. It is not too crowded and our kid loved it
    • Ticket is a bit expensive ~ 2500 INR for adult
    • Stroll around beach promenade at sunset
  • Dinner: Baluchi Indian Restaurant

Day 6: Coral Island & Departure

Morning

  • Short trip to Coral Island (Koh Hae) - only 20 mins by boat
    • Sandy beaches, pristine water
    • Loungers & shaded areas available
  • Lunch & nap

Evening

  • Fly home from Phuket Airport (HKT)

  • Always carry some local cash (THB) for taxis & street food.
